Condition

Condition: The canvas is not relined. There is a faint wear to the paint nearby the upper left corner. Apart from a hairline of craquelure running vertically along the centre of the work, associated to four pinhead-sized paint losses, this work is in very good condition. Under UV light there is no retouching visible. Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality tends to be brighter in the reality.
