The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the original has a deep golden patina.

The work is in very good condition. Slight rub traces are visible on the nail and at the front bottom of the sculpture.

signed and numbered "HC 2/2", stamped with the foundry mark "Bocquel fondeur"; bronze. Conceived in 1965, this work has been cast in 1981 in these dimensions in an edition of 8 plus 4 artist proofs, plus 2 hors commerce.
