Condition

In good condition aside from small spots of discoloration on base and overall surface dirt. Stainless steel mount is slightly crooked, but does not effect movement. Very slight bend to moving element approx. 5-in. from tip. Mounted to wood base with two screws. Wood base has a weight glued to the interior (visible from below).
