Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the red is slightly brighter and more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the subtle tonal variations of the yellow in the top block and the surrounding cloudy white ring. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a minute fly speck above the red block to the left. Close inspection reveals a few small spots of discolouration scattered in places towards the top edge, towards the upper left edge and towards the centre right edge. Close inspection reveals light rubbing and a few associated minute losses in places to the extreme overturn edges and corner tips. No restoration is apparent under ultra-violet light.
