Condition

This work is in very good overall condition. There is evidence of fine scattered craquelure located along the pull margins and in the black areas of hair to the figure's left side. There are two spot losses associated with areas of craquelure located 1 inch from the bottom edge and ¾ inch from the right edge. Two additional spot losses are evident along the upper pull margin located 1 ¼ and 1 3/8 inches from the left edge respectively. Under ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of inpainting. Framed.
