The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original, with sharper pencil lines to the body and the fuchsia in the hair and outer edges of the lotus tending more towards a deep purple.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are two artist's pinholes to the top left and right corners. The work is hinged at intervals resulting in a slight undulation of the paper. All irregularities to the media appear to be inherent to the work's execution.
