Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is warmer and creamier in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. All four edges of the work are not even, which is likely to be inherent to the work's execution. There are some pin holes in places throughout the outer edges of the composition, most prominently to the top and bottom edges. There is a coloured rub mark towards the lower left corner of the composition. There are faint handling marks in places throughout the outer edges and some thin linear scratches to the wove paper towards the upper right corner. There are some superficial creases towards the bottom edge as well as to the upper left corner. There is also two small area of skinning to the bottom edge: one 20cm in from the lower right corner and another 30cm to the left of this.
