Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original work where the outer square tends more towards a rich forest green. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are two extremely faint handling marks towards the centre left of the top edge and there is a tiny rub mark in the upper right corner. There are a few minute flyspots towards the centre right of the bottom. All the above are unobtrusive and only visible upon close inspection. No restoration is apparent under ultra-violet light.
