The colours in the catalogue illustration are too grey and the original work is characterised by soft pink and yellow hues throughout.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is a rub mark and an associated spot of lifting 10cm. below the left centre. There is a small loss of paint towards the top of left edge. Two tiny brown media accretions are visible towards the centre of the upper right hand quadrant, one approximately 10cm. from the right edge and the second approximately 35cm. to the left of this. There are several small areas of stable drying cracks to the white areas of paint over the faint circular patterns in the lower centre of the composition. There are faint finger and handling marks along the top turnover edge. There is slight lifting to the silkscreen in the lower right hand corner.
