The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is warmer and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is frame rubbing and associated specks of paint loss to the left section of the top edge (visible in the catalogue illustration) and very faint wear to the lower corners of the composition.
There are three faint rub marks running diagonally from the centre of the top edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
