Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is deeper in the original work where the grey tends more to a darker shade and the background is a warmer white.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a light superficial layer of dust adhering to the surface in places. There is very light wear to the corner tips of the composition, only visible upon close inspection. There is very faint superficial rub mark to the centre left of the top edge and three tiny fly spots 2cm in from the centre left of the bottom edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
