Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate though the overall top pale blues tend more toward aquamarine, the red is mixed with orange hues and the illustration fails to convey the rich texture of the original. The speckles to the extremities of the sheet are not present in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is laid down on canvas and has slightly uneven and lightly creased edges. There are tiny artist's pinholes at the top two corners and a smudge at the lower corner tip, which would appear to be by the artist. There are several flattened creases at the top left hand corner.
