Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone tends more towards creamy ivory in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is hinged to the mount at intervals along the upper extreme edge. There are very thin and pale margins of mount staining along each edge. Close examination reveals a few very pale tiny fox marks around the margins, some very slight discolouration to the upper right extreme corner tip and to the far right side of the upper extreme edge (all beneath the mount). There is a tiny pale pink media accretion to the right of the boy's head. There is a very faint handling mark to the upper centre of the left edge and a pale fingerprint to the bottom of the girl's shoulder line. A tiny linear media mark is visible on close inspection to the left side of the upper extreme edge.
