Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate though the overall tonality is warmer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is hinged to the mount at the top two corners and is perforated along the left edge, original to the artist's choice of media. The sheet is very slightly undulated. There are narrow margins of very pale mount discolouration along each edge and a minute speck of discolouration is visible upon close inspection towards the top of the left hand edge (both beneath the mount). Upon close examination there is a pinhead-sized pigment speck to the centre of the right edge (beneath the mount) and a further tiny speck to the centre of the upper margin, above the painted image. On close inspection the lower right extreme corner tip and a tiny line (1 cm) to the far left side of the lower extreme edge are slightly discoloured.
