"Ho scelto di lavorare col cioccolato perché aveva a che fare con la sensazione del dipingere. Il cioccolato ispira una moltitudine di fenomeni psicologici: ha a che fare con la scatologia, il desiderio, il sesso, la dipendenza, il piacere, il romanticismo, etc. Non ho mai incontrato nessuno che non amasse il cioccolato."
