- approximately 7ft. 11in. by 5ft. 2in. (2.41 by 1.57m.) and 6ft. 10in. by 4ft. 2in. (2.08 by 1.27m.) (2)
Condition
Dragon carpet: Pile is approximately 1/8 of an inch throughout. Scattered minor spot stains, surface dirt. Sides original. Original flatwoven ends folded under and sewn with some losses and fraying at both ends, recommend securing. Good overall condition, cobalt field, meandering serpentine body, will enhance with cleaning and minor restorations.
Horse carpet: Pile is approximately 1/6 of an inch throughout. Scattered spot stains, recommend cleaning. Small 1/2 inch by 1/3 of an inch loss of pile at upper right corner under end finish. Sides with original flatwoven ends and fringes. Sides original, flexible handle, amusing pictorial prancing horse design, very good overall condition, will enhance with cleaning.
