Orange Oushak: Pile ranges from 1/6 of an inch to low to knotheads and foundation. Largest exposed area of foundation is approximately 12 inches by 12 inches in right side of field. One approximately 2 inch by 2 inch reweave in lower left corner. Another 3 inch by 1 inch reweave nearby. Further smaller reweaves. Scattered repiling. Two approximately 20 inch repaired foldwear slits into right border. Some visible lazy lines. Sides with some losses. Lower end secured with binding stitch and chain stitch. Upper end secured with blanket stitch. Supple handle. Turquoise Oushak: Pile ranges from 1/8 of an inch to low to knotheads in spot foundation. More exposed foundation along left border in field, the largest area being approximately 1 foot by 1/2 foot in size. Scattered repiling. One 12 inch by 5 inch reweave in left border. One 6 inch by 4 inch and one 2 inch by 1 inch reweaves in right border. One 20 inch by 10 inch reweave in upper left border. Further smaller reweaves. Some scattered restitching. Scattered foldwear. Sides overcast with selvaging detached in lower left corner. Lower end with a 12 inch by 1 inch loss into outer guard stripe. Upper end guard stripe and guard border rewoven, now faded considerably along with large reweave in upper left corner. Supple handle.
