Pile ranges from good 1/6in. in borders with some areas of field abrashed with areas low to knotheads. Foldwear areas low to knotheads and spot foundation. Original single-cord ivory cotton selvages with small breaks. Original ivory kilim ends with remnants of macrame fringes. Possibly upper left animal added later. Flexible handle, thick pile, unusual, expressively decorated, open browns field.
