Condition
Pile is generally good 1/8 inch overall with dark browns oxidized to knotheads and some showing spot foundation; scattered moth tracks also showing spot foundation; soma areas of moth damage repiled---mostly along edges. A few areas of field with discolorations, most visible in an 8 x 6 inch area on lower left side of field as illustrated. Original white flatwoven ends with some stains. Overcast sides in areas. Should enhance with cleaning. Lustrous wool, supple handle, good saturated color, sound fabric and overall condition.
