Condition

Pile is approximately 1/6 of an inch to low to knotheads and spot foundation. Areas of approximately 6 inches by 4 inches and 3 inches by 2 inches with losses and holes and shredded pile in lower end of field and border. Further smaller scattered holes nearby and in other areas of field and border. One approximately 1 inch by 4 inch reweave nearby. One approximately 4 inch by 1/2 inch reweave in upper left section of field. Further smaller scattered reweaves. Scattered repiled areas in border and field, with the largest being approximately 15 inches by 1 inch in right guard border. One approximately 13 inch repaired slit into lower end border. Scattered foldwear throughout. Natural brown wools, some possibly goat hair. Ends missing a few rows of knots. Sides reselvaged. Very supple handle, unusual border design, pleasing color palette, will enhance with restoration.
