- A 'Cloudband' Kazak rug
- approximately 6ft. 10in. by 4ft. 5in. (2.08 by 1.35m.)
Condition
Pile ranges from approximately 1/6 of an inch to low to knotheads. Oxidized dark browns, some repiled, most in upper medallion. Some further scattered repiling in other colors, most in red field, not extensive. Small approximately 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch reweave into lower medallion, mostly visible on reverse. Sides with original three-cord brown wool selvages. Ends secured with chain stitch. Supple handle, good overall condition, ready for use.
