Condition

Pile is generally low to knotheads overall, with some areas of 1/10 of an inch pile. Some scattered spot foundation showing. A 1 inch by 3 inch rewoven area in lower end border. Scattered foldwear. Scattered moth damage, particularly at lower end. Largest area of scattered moth damage is approximately 1 foot by 2 feet on the left side of bottom medallion. Some scattered repiling. Upper end is in generally better condition. Scattered spot stains and surface dirt, with some hardened dirty residue in scattered areas along left border. Sides overcast with losses to selvages on left side in an approximately 20 inch area. Supple handle, will enhance with cleaning and restoration. Sound fabric.
