Condition

Pile is approximately 1/10 of an inch to low to knotheads. Scattered foldwear and surface wear resulting in lower pile areas. Some scattered visible warp ties. Two small approximately 1 inch vertical slits in lower end border. Lower half of carpet is visibly abrashed to a lighter color. Sides with some losses to guard stripes and selvages, fraying in areas, recommend securing. Ends with original flatwoven finishes, most at lower end. Upper end with some fraying. Supple handle, sound fabric and condition, will enhance with restoration.
