Pile ranges from approximately 1/8 of an inch low to knotheads and spot foundation. browns, some with exposed warps and wefts and repiling. Scattered repiling. Scattered foldwear, some repiled. One 1 inch by 1 inch reweave in left border. One 1 inch by 20 inch reweave in lower end guard border and guard stripe. Sides reselvaged with three-cord wool selvaging. Original upper end flatwoven end finish. Lower end secured with chain stitch. Supple handle, attractive checkered diamond medallions, vibrant yellows.
