Condition

Pile generally very closely sheered 1/10in. with central area worn to knotheads. Sides reselvaged with polychrome wool, fraying in areas. Ends probably missing outer guard stripe and now with some minor moth damage on both end edges showing foundation, with a small dime-sized hole in upper end. Very lustrous wool, good vivid colors, flexible handle. Unusual checked pattern in field design, good overall condition.
