- approximately 7ft. 2in. by 6ft. 2in. (2.18 by 1.88m.)
Condition
Comprised of six panels sewn together. Some scattered minor losses to embroidery. Visible under drawing in areas. Small scattered holes with the largest being approximately 1/2 inches by 1/2 inches in upper right corner, now stabilized with stitching. Small 1/3 inches by 1/3 inches L-shaped restitching under central medallion. Similar areas of restitching in left border. Another approximately 1/2 inch restitched slit in upper right section of field. Stains, scattered spot stains, and some watermarks. Further smaller restitchings, not extensive. Backed with clean cotton lining with loops for hanging sewn at top. Good overall condition, sound fabric, restored, will enhance with cleaning.
