Condition
Original canvas. There is a small spot of retouching towards the centre of the left edge corresponding to a small repair in the canvas and a small spot towards the centre of the extreme top edge visible under ultraviolet light. Apart from some faint craquelure and some slight frame abrasions, notably to the upper left corner, this work is overall in good condition. Held in a plaster moulded gilt frame.
