Condition

Original canvas. The canvas is fairly loose in the stretcher and there is scattered craquelure throughout, resulting in some lifting of the paint. Stretcher mark also visible around the border. There is a small hole to the canvas, centre left, and some further chips to the paint to the surrounding area. ultraviolet light reveals no visible retouching. Held in a decorative plaster frame.
