Condition
The canvas is lined. There is frame abrasion, mainly along the right and lower borders. There is a spot of paint loss and cracking to the lower left quadrant, and scattered patches of craquelure. Ultraviolet light reveals scattered spots of retouching mainly to the background. Held in a heavy, decorative gold composite frame.
