Condition
Original canvas. There are visible stretcher marks to all borders of the canvas. There is a spot of shiny varnish to the middle left edge of the canvas, and patches of craquelure. Ultraviolet light reveals extensive retouching, especially to the sky and trees, partially obscured by varnish. Held in a decorative gold composite frame.
