Condition
The canvas has been lined. There is some slight frame abrasion and large patches of craquelure and light surface dirt. There is a small chip to the paint on the 'J' of the signature. Otherwise in good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals potential very small spots of retouching, obscured by a heavy varnish. Held in a decorative gold composite frame with plaque.
