Condition

The canvas has been relined and the edge of the old relining is clearly visible along the left hand edge. Surface dirt throughout. Ultraviolet light reveals a thick line of retouching in the upper left corner and an opaque varnish throughout whic prevents conclusive examination. Held in a decorative composite frame with losses to the moulding.
