Condition
Colour: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and more vibrant with the red-brown tones tending more towards dark pink-reds in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are a few extremely small and fine lines of paint shrinkage to some of the slightly thicker areas of red impasto paint; notably towards the centre and centre right of the top edge. There are two extremely faint horizontal rub marks; one along the centre of the extreme left hand edge and one to the bottom left hand corner.
