la lame koshiizori, shinogi-zukuri, chu-gissaki, notare hamon avec shoji et tsuki-age boshi, nashiji masame hada, utsuri, long bo-hi, suriage kuri-jiri nakago avec deux mekugi-ana, tachi mei Yasumitsu; 73.6cm, 29 in., dans un shirasaya avec un habaki ciselé d'une kiri ; koshirae avec un saya en kujakuseki (malachite), tsuba, fuchi kashira et menuki en suite, école de goto en shakudo nanako et or takazogan à décor de vagues tumultueuses

Bizen Osafune Yasumitsu was the son of Osafune Shigeyoshi and is the master representing Oei Bizen smiths along with Yasumitsu. (others are Iesuke, Moromitsu, Tsuneie, Morokage, Toshimitsu, Sanemitsu). Katana and hirazukuri wakizashi are the main area of production. They changed their tradition of simple hamon eg. notare in the late Nambokucho Bizen production and started introducing blade with gunome hamon, mixed with choji and specially bohi is the characteristics.. The size of hamon pattern is smaller compared to Morimitsu. Occasionally, the pattern of the boshi is different on the two sides. Horimono and grooves are commonly seen.
