Condition

BOX: The surface lacquer of 3 corners are cracked (from 5-15cm) on the surface but stabilized. The fourth corner crack goes through the wood (20cm). The top edge hade some minor lacquer chops+restored inner tray - good condition except for a few minor chips to the edges, maintain the original color. COVER: The edge of lower part has old minor chips. Overall outside surface is slight by burnt

"Jo-mon" sont les armoiries principales d'une famille seigneuriale japonaise. Jo-mon de Konoe est le sceau des Konoe qui était une des cinq branches des Fujiwara dans lesquelles on pouvait choisir l'Impératrice.
