Description
of foliate form, with a cobalt blue enamelled ground decorated with an applied diamond-set tughra, the reverse engraved with a roundel enclosing a six-pointed star with inscription and date of 1027 (sic.) encircled by calligraphic scrolls, the surrounding lobed cartouches filled with floral and foliate sprays, all on a hatched ground, suspension loop
