Description

the leather body of domed circular form with painted decoration with a design of a central lotus medallion bordered by geometric and foliate bands and encircled by four painted composite crescents, the rim with a painted band of flowerheads and leaves, mounted with four repoussé bosses, the reverse painted with a scrolling foliate border and clusters of painted gold rosettes, velvet and metal fittings
