the triangular form set with gems in stylised floral designs on a ground enamelled in blue and white with foliate motifs, the edges fringed with pearls, the lower edge additionally with a row of pendant elements threaded with gems and three gem-set enamelled gold plaques, the reverse enamelled green and with three gold hooks for suspension
