of shallow form, with flat rim and raised well, six registers of decoration, each with dense carpet of knotted rope-work overlaid with linked cartouches and roundels, raised lobed central medallion in the form of a rosette, with a bi-partite shield at the central point

In good condition, minor surface wear and accretion assoicated with age, base with 3 different serial numbers penned, painted or stamped on, as viewed.
