of rounded form on a spreading pedestal foot, painted in chocolate-coloured lustre with cobalt-blue highlights in the interior with an inscription in blue enclosed by scrolling leaves and dots reserved on a lustre ground with characteristic coils and hatching, the exterior with a band of scrolls
