Condition
The painting is in good condition.
The silk is in good condition with neither runs nor holes.
Examination under ultraviolet light reveals a spot of retouching above main figures head.
Paint layers are stable apart from a small paint chip on the upper left corner and a minute spot of paint loss on the back of main figures outfit.
The texture is softer and smoother, and hues are slightly deeper in reality. As for the figures in foreground, the colour of yellow is more prominent in actual painting.
