Canvas is lined. SURFACE: in good condition, generally--there is surface compression from relining and some areas of sky are thin--but there is good pigment retention overall (even in sky) and image is still crisp and fresh; craquelure (stable and flat) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: scattered dots and dashes in sky (mostly craquelure fill-in); A few spots of inpainting in darker, lower half of picture (spots around waterfall), a spot (about 1 in. diam.) at lower left (in trees)
