in good condition, overall; some soiling to surface: scattered smudges, a few stray marks, pinholes at corners; the area around the signature is darker than rest of sheet (shows in illustration)--perhaps this is a result of glue remnants from clear tape placed over it at one time (?)--area feels slightly sticky; sheet is hinged to backing with pieces of tape at the upper corners, verso
