SURFACE: in generally good condition; scattered craquelure throughout (work is painted with thick impasto)--edges of crackle have lifted slightly in several places, causing tiny losses--at upper right quadrant, upper left, lower right corner; crackle on black boat at lower left has lifted slightly, although there is no loss yet UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: no apparent inpainting
