D'un très bel archaïsme, la partie supérieure sculptée d'un visage stylisé, surmontant une composition abstraite ajourée aux motifs superbement imbriqués. Il se distingue par son érosion - attestant sa grande ancienneté - associée à un état de conservation remarquable. D'une grande rareté, il a conservé, au sommet, ses deux fins montants.
Provenance
Collecté sur les berges de la rivière Telen, affluent de la rivière Mahakam, dans l'est Kalimantan, après une crue de grande ampleur.
Condition
Wear consistent with age and use within the culture. The surface highly eroded as a result of exposure to the elements.
