Description

  • Average length: 69cm
all with pointed or forked finials at the striking end, eight pineapple-headed, variously decorated with traces of Reckitt's blue, red, white and yellow pigment, the fluted shafts of circular section tapering to points at the distal ends. All incorrectly marked Bathurst/Melville Island Nos. 20-30, all with old patina

Condition

The clubs appear in good condition consistent with age and use. The areas of pigment have faded with only trace remaining. there are small areas of the tips missing at the pinted ends of the clubs. Image in the catalogue is accurate and colouring is true to life. All clubs are presented with a stand.
