the leaf-shaped piece of wood decorated with a central spirit figure with headdress carved in relief, outlined in dots of white pigment surrounded by other faint engravings most probably representing foliage, old patina

The plaque appears to have had no repairs or restoration. The white pigmented dots have faded and worn away.
