comprising: Teapot, Coffee Pot, two-handled Sugar Bowl, and Creamer, each circular with gadrooned rims, applied with bands of beading enclosing flowerheads against matted ground, all engraved with contemporary arms and crest, sugar bowl and creamer with leaf-capped scroll handles, marked on bases, undersides of covers and finials, teapot handle with maker's mark of James Charles Edington

as noted re handle on tea pot, handle slightly later, dent to rim of coffee pot, finials different but both marked for Benjamin Smith, wear to arms on creamer, coffee pot probably had a stand
