in early George III style, on four openwork shell feet with two vacant cartouches near base, the frame comprised of eight twisted leafy branches suspending as many matching baskets, each with swing handle and pedestal foot for use separately and large central oval basket, fully marked, frame and branches dot numbered, base of central bowl applied with trade mark of the Goldsmiths' Alliance Ltd
