wired and all sockets working, plating a little rough at ends of arms over casting seam, a few arms with scratches inside matted panels (possibly from being secured for shipping at some point?) but not evident from below, one upper tier arm not screwed totally flush but sturdy and not obvious except from on a ladder, otherwise good condition, strong design and good quality detailing
